Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance of plants and garden section including stocking, receiving, and tagging new product and live plants Delegate tasks among garden center staff to ensure the completion of daily and weekly tasks Keep lawn and garden section clean, neat, and organized Create displays for incoming product Print out and put-up promotional materials and relevant signage Other tasks as assigned, including store associate/cashier responsibilities Extensive knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants and their accompanying products Dedication to achieve excellent service and customer satisfaction Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Strong interpersonal communication and time-management skills Experience with lawn & garden/horticulture required Quick Apply.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
