4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the 'Land of 1000 Delights' display.
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to come join the 4Wall team! What you will be doing:
While every day is different at 4Wall, you will be responsible for processing customer invoices daily, communicating with sales to ensure customer invoices are accurate, verifying that cash receipts are posted correctly, insurance requirements are met for all orders, and all money for COD orders have been collected.
Some additional responsibilities will include, journal entries, intercompany transactions, bank and general ledger account reconciliations, as well as assisting the Controller with the month end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes.
What you bring to the table:
Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of accounting experience (AR, and/or General Ledger); knowledge of accounting standards, conventions and principles; experience in general ledger account reconciliations; knowledge of accounting software (MAS 500 preferred); and intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, a high school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred).
They should also possess good communication, planning/organization, attention to detail/accuracy and customer service skills.

This position is full time.
As of 2024 the DC Shop will be relocating to the DMV area.
