In this new, 150 seat restaurant, we will need new host to be the forward facing first impression for our guests.

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Cielo Rojo:
WHERE LOVE IS SHARED BY CELEBRATING THE BEAUTY OF MEXICAN FOOD & MEZCAL Answer phones in a professional manner as a representative of our restaurant Seat guests and use our hosting program, Tock Assist in take out orders Be the first impression for our restaurant, looking clean, sharp and energetic Multi-tasking with multiple guests coming to dine Exceptional customer service Ensure a customer is receiving the correct order Double check the order before it goes to a customer Answer any questions from customers Bag takeout/delivery orders following defined procedures Run takeout/delivery orders to pick up area Attend all scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.
Coordinate with and assist fellow employees to meet guests' needs and support the operation of the restaurant.
Assist in cleaning, clearing tables to ensure prompt service Quick on your feet, moves fast with grace Does closing duties that include bathroom tidyness and a closing checklist designated to hosts Job Types:
